Collin College

If you’re looking for a state-of-the-art and globally competitive school, then you have come to the right place. Mckinney Campus (Central Park) is the original campus of Collin College. The campus offers an extensive library, additional classroom space, and a building for parking.

The campus is fully equipped to handle the needs and wants of its students, with an Atrium and Fitness center. Additionally, there is also a student center to give the students a safe space to relax and unwind.

Health Sciences Center

A significant building that can be found on the campus is the famous Cary A. Israel Health Sciences Center, where Health Sciences programs and Nursing Programs are located. The Cary A. Israel Health Sciences Center is equipped with advanced facilities to meet the 21st-century requirements of its students. The center offers a way for students to gain real-world experience while still in a safe and controlled environment in its Simulation lab and an ambulance Simulator. Other specialized facilities found within are a sleep tech facility, respiratory care, and other laboratories such as an EMS lab and PSGT Lab. There is also an extensive library with a wide array of health and science-related content.

Health Science Programs

The Mckinney Campus offers a lot of nationally recognized programs in the field of Health and Science. The campus offers a diverse set of programs from Health Information Management to Surgical Technology. The campus is fully ready and capable of meeting the needs of the students of Health Science Programs.

Public Safety Training Center

There is a specialized Public Safety Training Center which serves as a home for Law Enforcement and Fire Science students of Collin College. It can also provide training and development for the local law enforcement and fire departments.

The General education courses that can prepare students to pursue a wide array of academic objectives are also found within the campus. The students are welcome to take full advantage of the support resources available in the Center for Academic Assistance.

Collin Higher Education Center

The Collin Higher Education Center provides a multi-institutional experience to local students. There are five universities that offer higher education. The student’s wants and needs are covered from getting a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or even a doctoral degree. The five universities are; The University of North Texas, The University of Texas at Dallas, Texas A&M University-Commerce, Texas Tech University, and Texas Woman’s University. Collin College has partnered with the five universities to provide services and facilities for the students, services like; admission assistance, and on-site advising, WIFI, study areas, and student lounges. The Local residents can get good quality higher education while still staying in Collin County for their undergrad degrees or graduate degrees.
